What is the average age of the homes?
- Most of the homes were built around 1998, plus or minus a year.
Are there HOA dues?
- Yes. Currently we pay $800, which includes our build up of a
Reserve.
What does the HOA pay for?
- The HOA dues pay for the maintenance of the grounds, ponds and entry
gates. It also covers the planting of flowers and special events for the
home owers.

- We are less than 15 minutes from downtown Dallas
- 5 minutes from Tennison Golf Course
